Responsibilities: • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services Qualifications: • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma • Experience using a CRM is preferred • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license Compensation: $80,000+ at Plan Commission
