As a Business Development / Sales Representative at TimeNow, you will be pivotal in client and order acquisitions, developing strategies that drive business growth. You will have a proactive mindset and identify, contact, and engage potential clients. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize our market presence and improve Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in industrial markets, including Pulp and Paper, Steel and Metals, Mining, and Petrochemical sectors. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and decision-makers within client organizations. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, engaging in proposal writing to support business expansion efforts. • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track and report on opportunities. • Utilize sales knowledge to identify market gaps and enhance our offerings.
Qualifications: • Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. • 2-4 years of exposure to Project Management Consultancy, engineering, or construction environments, or experience in sales and business development for the industrial market. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proposal writing experience preferred. • Sales / Business Development knowledge. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
