    We are seeking a Business Development Sales Representative experienced in title sales to join our growing company!     ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

    Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing relationships with potential new contacts, business leaders, and other professionals in the community.

    Research, coordinate, and plan events to enhance each company’s profile in the community.

    Plan and support business development events including seminars, webinars, lunches, and business meetings.

    Attend professional networking events representing both companies.

    Analyze available data and customer feedback to continuously improve our services and relationship building.

    Discover and explore new business opportunities.

    Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies.

    Create systems and processes for event execution, development events, and relationship building.

    Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, real estate professionals, community leaders, and other staff.

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and ethical work habits.

    Detail oriented with strong time management skills.

    Excellent communication skills.

    Flexibility and the ability to handle high pressure, deadline driven duties.

    Ability to function in a highly motivated, team-driven environment.

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
