Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations • Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life. • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Work with the sales team to further develop sales and communication skills Qualifications: • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred • Ability to work independently and manage your own time • Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission
