_ Key Responsibilities of a Business Development/Sales Representative:_
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to enhance service utilization among brokers, group travel coordinators, and government entities.
- Forge and maintain relationships with key industry brokers, travel organizers, and government officials to facilitate partnership opportunities and contract acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the business development team to design and deploy targeted RFPs and sales pitches tailored for group and institutional clients.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, assess competitor strategies, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Manage sales processes from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring alignment with zTrip’s strategic goals and operational capacities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
_ Qualifications of a Business Development/Sales Representative:_
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the transportation sector.
- Demonstrable success in managing sales initiatives and partnerships within the transportation industry.
- Strong networking skills, particularly in dealing with brokers, group sales, and government agencies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for persuasive presentations.
