    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect for new business through personal sales efforts.
    • Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding their pain points.
    • Build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Secure qualified client meetings and maintain accountability for results.
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop account strategies.
    • Leverage the Sandler Sales Process to build long-term customer relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience with a systems integrator, electrical/controls distributor, or component manufacturer.
    • Background in sales and marketing with strategic planning skills.
    • Strong public speaking and writing abilities.
    • Creative problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
    • Financial and contract negotiation knowledge.
    • High ethical standards and a team-oriented mindset.

    Desirable qualifications include a university degree in engineering or business and an established network of contacts.
