    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the restoration industry, a strong book of business, and a passion for building lasting relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

    Account Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Sales Process: Effectively manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.

    Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, property management, and insurance industries.

    Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Qualifications:

    Proven track record in restoration sales, with a strong book of business.

    Strong understanding of the restoration industry, including insurance claims and industry standards.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Valid driver's license.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments and maintaining assigned contact lists

    Participates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses

    Meet sales objectives by maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world

    Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify “Target 25” (Top 25 prospects to develop into clients)

    Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments)

    Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

    Position Requirements

    A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience with a "hunter" sales mentality.

    Proven track record with sales and marketing within the service sector

    Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude

    Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred

    Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience

    Bilingual is a plus.
