Confidence in ethically and professionally asking for business is key to success in this role. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development & Relationship Building • Promote C&A Painting's brand and services to expand the customer base • Conduct cold and warm calls to prospect new business (16-24 hours weekly) • Follow up with potential clients via email after visits • Plan and host client lunches and company-organized events • Attend trade shows, association events (BOMA, AHMA, HIF, CAI, CACM) and networking functions like luncheons, bowling or golf outings • Ensure proper preparation for events, including ordering swag and giveaways • Volunteer at industry events to increase company visibility and credibility • Coordinate walkthroughs and meetings between estimators and prospective clients • Strategize with a team to identify and pursue high-value client relationships • Utilize CRM tools to track connections and opportunities systematically. • Strategize with the team to identify and pursue high-value client relationships • Utilize CRM tools to track and connections and opportunities automatically Marketing & Brand Promotion: • Develop and execute email campaigns, follow-ups and other digital marketing strategies • Maintain and update the company website • Create LinkedIn posts showcasing projects and milestones • Work on improving SEO to drive new leads to the website Sales & Strategic Planning: • Set and achieve monthly sales targets • Follow up on bids and proposals to close deals • Stay connected with clients post-projects to nurture long-term relationships • Collaborate with the team on strategies to meet growth objectives Monthly Recap and Reporting: • Organize and lead monthly recap meetings to review progress and set goals • Provide event recaps and CRM data updates to the team **Professional Conduct & Continuous Learning: ** • Dress appropriately and professionally for each environment • Always be punctual (15 mins early is on time) • Respond promptly to all calls, emails and text Read and engage with recommended books to refine your skills, including: • The Customer Service Revolution by John Dijulius • Who Moved My Cheese by Dr. Spencer Johnson • Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss • Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink • Coming Up for Air by Nick Sonnenberg • How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie Qualifications: Benefits: • Vehicle allowance and gas card • 50% contribution toward health insurance(Kaiser Plan) • Incentive structure available after 6 months of employment • Company-provided phone and laptop • Flexible hours with a blend of office and mobile work environments Why Join Us? **At C &A Painting, we believe in creating a collaborative and growth-oriented culture where innovative ideas and strong relationships drive our success.
