This role will involve cultivating and nurturing new and existing relationships, attending team events and networking events, and executing a follow up plan with industry partners. Responsibilities: • Develop Relationships with industry partners that fit our culture and our avatar • Cultivate and grow existing and new relationships through networking events, internal events, coffee appointments and various other relationship building methods • Provide first class customer service to new and existing partners • Promote, support, and uphold the team reputation with positivity and professionalism • Attend all events and implement and execute follow up plan at a high level • Drive participation and engagement in events Qualifications: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varied workload • Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized • Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude • Motivated by income potential and financially driven • Competitive mindset • Natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly • Not afraid to talk to people and make phone calls Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000+ DOE, opportunity to earn bonus
