    Essential responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the skilled trades industries.
    • Identify and pursue new business partnerships through direct outreach networking and market opportunities (both online and traditional b2b tactics).
    • Present recruiting solutions to meet clients’ needs and drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.

     

    We’re it if this is you:

    • A proven track record in B2B sales (1-2 years minimum), preferably in recruiting or related industries.
    • Familiarity with the skilled trades sector is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passionate about connecting with people and fostering relationships.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
    • Experience with sales techniques; calls, email campaigns, video conferencing, and social media messaging.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
