RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities of the Business Development Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into sales and achieving personal and team sales goals.
- Identify and pursue enterprise relationships, developing a robust referral network.
- Introduce and promote VisionSpark’s Team Health Services and Talent Impact Profile Assessment to potential clients, demonstrating their value effectively.
- Collaborate on potential new service offerings and bring creative ideas for business development opportunities.
- Represent VisionSpark as an authentic, approachable, and highly communicative ambassador.
- Deliver compelling presentations to small and large groups/teams.
- Utilize social media platforms to expand VisionSpark’s presence and foster connections.
- Maintain an adaptable and focused approach to a variety of client needs.
- Pay attention to detail in all client interactions and deliverables to ensure excellence and precision.
QUALIFICATIONS: Required:
- College degree.
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in professional services.
- Demonstrated sales growth selling services across organizational hierarchies.
- Proven business development experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with assessment tools and HR service platforms.
- Familiarity with learning management systems.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership experience

Compensation: Competitive base salary ($60-65K) plus uncapped commission potential of $25-30K at plan. Benefits and generous paid time off provided.
