    Integrated Restoration, a family-owned full-service restoration company based in Cleveland, OH, is deeply rooted in serving people. We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to target restoration and carpet cleaning services in the greater Cleveland market. This individual will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to our commitment to excellence.

    Compensation:

    Competitive base salary depending on experience ($60,000 - $70,000)

    OTE Low - High in Year 1 ($80,000 - $110,000) with recurring commission on repeat relationships

    Performance-based bonus opportunities on both new and existing business

    Key Attributes:

    Ability to Make and Maintain Personal Connections: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the greater Cleveland market.

    Target Market Focus: Specialize in the 24/7 emergency response sector including reconstruction, roofing, mitigation, and carpet cleaning.

    Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Track interactions, marketing spend, and conversion history.

    Self Starter: Ability to brainstorm, develop, and execute on fun and interactive events that encompass all stakeholders. Develop outreach plan with support from President.

    CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Restoration DASH or alternative, to optimize sales strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and engage with plumbers and property managers in the greater Cleveland market for collaborative opportunities.

    Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the 24/7 emergency response sector.

    Track and analyze interactions, marketing spend, and conversion rates using CRM tools to optimize sales strategies.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials.

    Generate creative ideas for events, meetings, and outings to enhance business relationships and increase conversion rates.

    Qualifications And Requirements:

    Experience as a Business Development Specialist and Account Executive is preferred but not a requirement.

    Ability to handle a complex and fast moving environment.

    Competitive and energetic, someone who is willing to hunt for new business.

    Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

    Familiarity with emergency response services and the plumbing industry is a plus but a requirement.

    Experience with CRM systems, such as DASH or alternative.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.).

    Valid drivers license and ability to pass a pre-employment back and drug screening.
