About the Job
· Discover and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals
· Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospective clients, serving as their primary point of contact
· Attend industry events and trade shows to expand our network and market presence
· Conduct initial consultations and site visits to understand client requirements
· Collaborate with estimators to develop tailored solutions for client needs
· Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project details in our CRM system
· Work closely with project managers and painting teams to ensure smooth project execution
· Stay informed about painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices
· Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients
· Contribute to the development of sales strategies and company growth initiatives
· Maintain a consistent and professional presence on all social media platforms
Qualifications
· 2+ years of business development or sales experience is preferred but not required
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills
· Excellence in written and verbal communication
· Proficiency with CRM systems and basic business software is a plus
· Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a huge plus
· Experience in the construction or painting industry preferred but not required
· Knowledge of or interest in local market trends and business community
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
