    Position Overview: As the Locally Outsourced IT Sales Representative for NerdsToGo, you will be at the heart of our drive to provide state-of-the-art IT solutions tailored for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Our technology solutions, designed for both homes and businesses, are pivoting towards championing local IT outsourcing for SMBs, and your role will be pivotal in advancing this vision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Acquisition:

    Identify potential SMB clients that could benefit from locally outsourced IT services.

    Engage in cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and tapping into existing contacts.

    Present IT solutions customized to each SMB's unique needs.

    Attend trade shows and business events representing NerdsToGo as needed.

    1. Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

    Understand client needs, ensuring NerdsToGo is the preferred locally outsourced IT provider.

    Address client inquiries, feedback, and potential challenges swiftly.

    1. Sales Metrics and Reporting:

    Monitor sales leads, conversions, and client feedback.

    Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

    Achieve sales targets in congruence with franchise objectives.

    1. Product Knowledge:

    Keep abreast of the latest trends in locally outsourced IT services and technology solutions.

    Attend routine training sessions and workshops.

    Collaborate with the tech team for smooth client integration.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. (Preferred but not required)

    2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the technology or IT outsourcing domain.

    Understanding of locally outsourced IT services and the SMB landscape.

    Stellar verbal and written communication abilities.

    A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

    Capable of cultivating relationships and networking proficiently.

    Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, adapting effortlessly to a vibrant environment.

    Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting techniques.
