Business Development Specialist
The Brenkus Realty Network, a high-performing team partnered with Keller Williams Realty The Marketplace, is on the lookout for a Business Development Specialist who can drive revenue growth by converting inbound inquiries and uncovering new opportunities. This role is all about connection, consistency, and results. You’ll be the first impression for many of our potential clients, so we’re looking for someone who’s personable, articulate, and highly organized—someone who can juggle follow-ups, manage a lead database, and keep communication flowing with both prospects and internal team members. Compensation: • Expected First-Year Earnings: $70,000+ (Base + Commission) • PTO + Paid Holidays • Stipend Benefits • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent phone, email, and text outreach • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into appointments for our sales team • Collaborate with agents to ensure a seamless handoff of warm prospects • Use our CRM to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and monitor sales progress • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to keep the team aligned with goals • Strategically identify opportunities to expand our reach and grow the client base • Practice scripts and refine your pitch to improve effectiveness and build rapport quickly Qualifications: • A competitive, goal-oriented mindset—someone who thrives on hitting (and exceeding) targets • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal • Confidence on the phone with a proactive approach to outreach and follow-up • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (experience with real estate platforms is a plus) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • A passion for learning, growing, and contributing to a collaborative team • A real estate license or relevant experience is a bonus, but not required Compensation: $70,000+ on target earnings
