    Job description

    As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving company growth by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups.Support the sales team in lead generation, customer engagement, and closing deals.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies.
    • Track and analyze key business development metrics to refine outreach and engagement strategies.
    • Represent WeBox at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.Strong research and analytical skills to identify and assess business opportunities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
    • Experience in food service, catering, or technology industries is a plus.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
