    Position Summary
    We are seeking a Business Development and Sales Manager to drive growth in both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) physician referral channels. This role combines strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on engagement to expand reach and revenue in key markets. You must have a passion for healthcare, be skilled in sales strategy, and have experience managing partnerships with medical professionals and community stakeholders.

    What You’ll Do

    Business Development

    • Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and referral partners

    • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Clinic Directors to develop campaigns that attract new patients and maintain existing relationships

    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine sales strategies

    Physician and Referral Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and other healthcare providers to increase referral pipelines

    • Schedule and conduct regular visits with referral partners to provide updates, share patient outcomes, and strengthen relationships

    • Develop and deliver presentations, educational materials, and promotional content tailored to healthcare professionals

    • Schedule and conduct regular in-person physician luncheons with Clinic Directors

    • Serve as the primary liaison between Body Balance Physical Therapy and referral sources to address inquiries and improve collaboration

    Direct-to-Consumer Sales

    • Lead initiatives to improve patient acquisition through consumer education, presentations, and community outreach efforts

    • Create and implement programs for patient engagement, retention, & satisfaction

    • Track and report on sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue growth

    Team Collaboration

    • Serve a vital part of our Executive Team, participating in weekly meetings to evaluate sales and marketing performance, establishing quarterly priorities

    • Work closely with Clinic Directors & the CEO to align sales efforts with patient care

    • Lead the Marketing Team to design & deploy campaigns for referral partners & patients

    • Train and mentor team members involved in referral management & direct sales efforts

    • Oversee Marketing social media channels and campaigns

    • Develop creative marketing content to target referral sources

    • Manage Marketing Team reactivation campaigns
