  • Responsibilities

    The Business Development Manager will support the VP of Sales Operations and Marketing by setting sales targets, managing processes, and developing strong relationships with key customers. The role requires collaboration across departments, including production, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth business execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the sales team by setting targets and improving sales processes.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Manage multiple sales objectives and projects.
    • Act as a liaison between various departments for seamless collaboration.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or category management in grocery retail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP BusinessOne experience is a plus.
    • Strong project management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Proven track record of delivering business results and managing multiple priorities effectively.

    Location: In-person

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: From $85,000 per year
    Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
