Job Overview:
We are seeking a self-driven and results-oriented Cold Caller to help us reach out to property management companies and commercial real estate professionals. The goal of this role is to initiate conversations, qualify leads, and generate interest in our telecom solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the property management or commercial real estate industry, though this is not a strict requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Qualify Leads:
Conduct outbound cold calls to property management companies and commercial real estate businesses.
Introduce Cebod Telecom’s services to decision-makers such as property managers, owners, CEOs, or directors.
Qualify leads by asking key questions to assess interest in forming a partnership.
Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for further discussions.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain relationships with property management companies to position Cebod Telecom as a trusted telecom partner.
Understand the pain points and needs of property managers and communicate how our services can offer value to their tenants and generate revenue for them.
Overcome Objections:
Handle objections confidently and professionally, turning initial rejections into potential opportunities.
Provide compelling reasons to schedule meetings and learn more about Cebod Telecom’s value proposition.
Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Report on outreach activities, track performance metrics, and collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing is preferred.
Experience in the property management or commercial real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable using a CRM
Ability to overcome objections and close calls with professionalism.
Personality:
Outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Goal-driven with the ability to stay focused and meet or exceed targets.
Technical Skills:
Comfortable working with various communication tools and software.
