Sul Lee Law Firm is seeking an attorney with expertise in commercial litigation and employment law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling contract disputes, employment disputes, and shareholder/derivative actions. This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas, and candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Compensation & Benefits: • Base salary starting at $150,000+ , commensurate with experience. • Billable hour requirement of approximately 1,600 hours annually. • Quarterly bonuses for exceeding billable hour targets. Comprehensive benefits package , including: • Health, vision, and dental insurance • 401(k) with employer match • PTO and flexible work schedule • CLE/other development support • A transparent compensation model with opportunities for growth • A firm culture that prioritizes work-life balance and teamwork Responsibilities: • Leading and supporting state/federal cases as well as arbitrations • Motion practice and Discovery work • Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances • Develop and execute litigation strategies, from pre-trial through trial or settlement • Executing the solution both by directly working on it or by utilizing and delegating with appropriate junior attorneys and staff • Managing client communication • Preparing cases for success in mediation, trial, and arbitration • Manage cases independently while working collaboratively with the firm's legal team Qualifications: • J.D. degree from an accredited law school • Active membership with the Texas State Bar • 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation/employment litigation • Experience in conducting discoveries and developing case strategies • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills • Comfortable with legal research tools, case management software (Clio preferred), and e-discovery tools for efficient work processes • Team-oriented mindset and commitment to fostering a positive work environment Compensation: $150,000 + bonus incentive
