Why Athletes Excel in a Client Facing Role:

Adaptability & Resilience: Athletes face challenges head-on and bounce back from setbacks. In the insurance industry, adaptability and resilience are key to meeting clients' needs and overcoming obstacles.
Goal-Oriented Mindset: Whether it’s scoring points or achieving a financial milestone, athletes know how to set goals and pursue them relentlessly.

About the Role: A business development field role with PMA USA involves helping individuals, families, and small business owners protect their income and health through supplemental insurance products offered by Washington National. Agents connect with clients—often through company-generated leads—to understand their needs and recommend products like cancer, critical illness, accident, and life insurance coverage. The role focuses on both developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing policyholders, ensuring continued satisfaction and coverage updates over time. Agents educate clients, guide them through policy enrollment, and serve as a long-term resource through follow-ups and renewals.
