  • Responsibilities

    Key Role: Working with Soccer Shots, you will also learn how to positively impact the lives of children between the ages of 2-10 and your community through the game of soccer! As a bonus, you will also learn, duplicate, and contribute to the Operations and Customer Support Department within a franchise. You will practice how to communicate effectively within an organization to support company sales, client outreach, and program scheduling.

    Job Summary:

    Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):

    • Assist or Coach 5-8 classes or head coach throughout the week

    • Answering office phones by 3rd ring

    • Oversee company website and Configio platform

    • Learn, run, and present reports weekly

    • Assist with social media platforms and creating Soccer Shots brand presence online

    • Excellent and supportive customer service

    • Engage in learning objectives focused on marketing and data analysis that sharpen your skills

    • Communicate and build relationships with our community partners

    • Conduct guerilla marketing and campaigning

    • Learn Soccer Shots Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS By Gino Wickman)

    • Opportunity to contribute to major departmental Level 10 meetings

    • 1:1 Training & mentorship

    Requirements:

    • Must be available 2-3 times including Saturdays, as that day is mandatory
    • Reliable Transportation
    • Finish a season once it has started

    Hours and Pay:

    • Paid Internship. We have also partnered with many colleges and universities to provide internship credit. (SDSU, Southwestern, Grossmont, and more)

    • Mileage is reimbursed at the federal IRS Mileage Rate. This is calculated from work location to work location, not from your home to work or from work to your home.

    • Potential career opportunities after internship, depending on Coaching performance

    • Monthly Cell Phone reimbursement of $15 at the end of each month worked
