    The Ebbert Law Firm is growing and looking for attorneys with three to five years of experience after graduation. Our firm specializes in legal services for small and medium-sized businesses in various areas, including labor and employment. We also provide estate planning and probate services to individuals. Responsibilities: We are looking for attorneys with strong litigation skills. The ideal candidate should excel in legal research and writing and/or be effective in arguing motions in court.This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the individual. It offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work remotely. However, candidates must reside in Knox County, Tennessee, or within 40 miles. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must be members in good standing with the TN State Bar. Our ideal candidate will have: • Litigation experience and excellent communication skills. • Demonstrated outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills as well as strong academic credentials. The candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents such as motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses, as well as conducting interviews and deposing witnesses. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their unique needs and provide effective solutions. • Self-motivated and proven ability to work independently. • Preferred experience in management-side employment law and business law.
