Our firm focuses on providing legal support to small and medium-sized enterprises across different sectors, with a strong emphasis on labor and employment matters. Additionally, we offer estate planning and probate services tailored to individual clients' needs. Responsibilities: Business Litigation Attorney responsibilities include: • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions for cases • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions for cases • Supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth operations • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action • Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence • Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings Qualifications: Qualified candidates must be members in good standing with the TN State Bar. Our ideal candidate will have: • A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and have at least 2 years of relevant experience post-graduation. • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a law firm setting. • Strong background in litigation and exceptional communication skills. • Demonstrated proficiency in writing, research, and analysis, along with impressive academic credentials, is expected. The candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting interviews, and managing caseloads effectively. • Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships, understand their specific requirements, and deliver viable solutions. • Preferred experience in employment law and business law, particularly on the management side.
