    Our client, a large firm with 11 national locations, offers their professional staff the opportunity to take their careers as far as they can envision. We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for our client's Atlanta office to support a high-stakes business/commercial litigation defense trial attorney. The cases range from construction litigation, cyber security and privacy, government contracts, insolvency-related directors and officers litigation, mass tort and product liability, technology, white-collar crime, and government investigations.

    The ideal candidate must have experience in case management, document production, working with experts, review of medical records, medical chronologies, discovery investigation, discovery responses, trial preparation, and experience working with State and Federal courts. The position requires exceptional oral and written skills, the ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of caseload, work in a team environment, and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information related to cases and clients. Qualified candidates must possess the following skills/experience:

    • Update and maintain client document management databases, including managing document production processes
    • Ability to draft routine legal documents for review and use by attorneys, including compiling and preparing draft discovery responses.
    • Categorize and interpret data; review and analyze documents, responses and records produced by opposing counsel
    • Coordinate and handle requests between multiple parties involved
    • Experience with time entry and client billing
    • Proficiency with document review databases and platforms (Relativity and CaseMap preferred)
    • Trial and deposition preparation
    • Bluebook citation
    • Experience required in Westlaw research
    • Proficiency in electronic filing in state and federal courts
    • Trial attendance preferred
    • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Paralegal with litigation experience
    • Experience in trial preparation is required.
