About the Role:

Onda Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage the business operations of a leading technology company in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth and profitability

Manage the financial health through accounting. A/P, A/R, payroll, benefits, insurances, banking.

Manage and oversee daily operations, attending to information flow and efficient resource allocation

Support decision-making via efficient financial reporting to officers to align business goals and objectives

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in business management or related field

Proven track record of leading and managing a business

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

College degree preferred
