    Job Description:

    As the Business Manager at Turner Dermatology, you will oversee a wide range of responsibilities critical to the success and growth of our practice. You will be responsible for managing human resources, marketing efforts, and billing processes to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage the hiring process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting the best candidates.

    Oversee the onboarding process and create an employee guide to ensure the success of new employees.

    Ensure employees are knowledgeable about company policies, procedures, systems, and organizational culture.

    Manage on-site internship programs aimed at developing medical assistants.

    Work closely with the billing team to track outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.

    Monitor prices and adjust to inflation and cost of goods.

    Track revenue and expenses and identify areas for improvement to ensure long-term success.

    Monitor and manage practice finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

    Implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue-generating strategies.

    Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

    Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.

    Coordinate with other teams related to Turner Dermatology to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

    Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

    Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

    Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

    Proven experience in human resources management, marketing, and billing processes within a healthcare setting.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
