Local Automotive Dealership is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Business Office Associate to join our team. The Business Office Associate is an entry level position that ensures timely, accurate, and consistent recording of dealership transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Posting Deals
Submitting Service & Warranty Contracts
Used Car Purchases
Recording Vehicle Sales
Requesting & Processing Lien Payoffs
Dealership AP/AR (Processing Cash Receipts & Vendor Invoices)
Warranty Cancellations
Daily and Weekly Check Runs
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping Certification or Associate’s Degree in Accounting (or 2 years of equivalent experience)
Auto Industry Experience (preferred)
Retail Sales and/or Customer Service Experience (preferred)
Critical Thinking and Effective Time Management
Strong Attention to Detail and Sense of Urgency
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Pay is Based on Experience.
