    We are now seeking a Business Office Coordinator to join our Randall Residence at Gateway Park in Greenfield, Indiana

    The Business Office Coordinator (BOC) has the responsibility to make positive impressions through all of their interactions via phone, in person, or through email communications. As the Business Office Coordinator relationships are key to providing remarkable service to the residents, families, and staff. They must also ensure that all of the books and records for the business are maintained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

    This position reports directly to the Executive Director and will be tasked with a number of financial and human resource functions, including but not limited to: payables, accounts receivable, payroll, onboarding of new-hires, training, etc.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
    • 1-3 years experience in a business office setting is preferred, but not required
    • Desire to work with seniors and their families
    • Prior experience in a health care/long term care setting is preferred
    • Ability to analyze information and formulate solutions for implementing data into accounting or administrative systems
    • Ability to review, classify, prioritize, and analyze problematic situations
    • Proficient utilization of office equipment and financial software
    • Effective communication, oral and written.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • At least five (5) years customer service experience
    • CPR and First Aid
    • Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice for accounts payable/payroll
    • Prior experience with Yardi, Google Suite, and HRIS systems
    • Advanced courses in business, management, or accounting is desirable
