    Qualifications

    This person is detail-oriented, high ability to multitask, is technology savvy, people-oriented and has a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of senior living

    They must be focused on resident and staff satisfaction, be able to analyze data and root causes, communicate well, and possess an inner drive to be the best

    Qualifications

    Proficient in Google applications: Gmail, Sheets and Docs

    Technology Proficient

    Proven track record in business office management

    Excellent verbal and communication skills

    A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents

    Successful experience as an Office Manager for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility

    Must pass a criminal background check and drug test

    Responsibilities

    Resident Onboarding and Offboarding

    Payroll Processing, time punch review

    Accounts Receivable

    Accounts Payable

    Bank Deposits

    Receipt and Record-Keeping

    Employee Onboarding

    Employee Chart Maintenance

    Census Reporting

    Maintaining Resident Information

    Quarterly Reporting to Corporate

    Staff Training and Continuing Education

    Monthly Billing and Submission to Medicaid Reimbursement

    Assisting with Inspections and License Renewals

    Assisting the Executive Director and Wellness Director as needed

    Asana Reporting and Task Management

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
