We require our office staff to work hard to solve problems for our agents quickly. Responsibilities: Position Responsibilities • Lead On-boarding for new Agents • Manage virtual assistant • Retention Calls and tasks • Assist + Back-up Recruiting – cross-train on interview process • Create a Welcome Screen for visitors • Inventory of swag items + creating new hire swag • Manage GTR Design Studio + GTR Swag Shop • Air traffic control (FAQ - go to for questions) one number/email for calls, text, or email questions • Manage all MLSs + NAR Dues with VAs • Manage Broker-Partner Roster/Master Sheet • Manage GTR Calendar, training + Bitrix stick campaigns • Send out daily (7 days a week) Birthday + Anniversary announcements • Send out cards to agents • Manage all GTR websites • Manage Bitrix +/or SISU • Distribute all incoming mail • Manage all office supplies (including coffee stations) and office building • Prep office for daily activity • Close out the office at the end of the day • Social Media Marketing: post new agent announcements, new listings + open houses, monitor + respond to all agent posts to increase engagement • Edit + publish the GTR newsletter • Volunteering fundraising for Toys for Our Troops • Verify Transaction Reports daily + submit ACH The above list is not intended to be all-inclusive as we are a team environment. Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems • Some college experience is preferred • A Real Estate License or Experience in the industry would be preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
