    Job Summary– The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in evaluating and improving the company's financial and operational processes. This position involves analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending strategies to enhance performance and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to department leaders.

    Responsibilities Includes:

    • Support the finance team with the submission of weekly and monthly KPIs to track operational performance and support decision-making
    • Complete day-to-day expense management processes, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Evaluate current business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to streamline operations.
    • Assist in the monitoring of operational projects, ensuring they are meeting target KPIs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, operations, and finance, to identify and establish vendor partnerships, driving cost-saving initiatives across all business units.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and systems.
    • Ensure that operational processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Consolidate financial data from different departments and create comprehensive reports for senior management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance and achieve business objectives.
    • Conduct research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
    • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel including pivot tables required; SQL, Power Pivot, Power BI, Tableau; preferred)
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Efficient, well organized, strong work ethic and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with business processes and improvement methodologies.
