About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this cross-functional role, you'll support key clients in our day-to-day operations, assist with internal business processes, and bridging client feedback with product development. contribute to product coordination and development efforts.

What You'll Do
Business & Operations Support
- Assist with internal processes, scheduling, data tracking, and vendor coordination
- Support cross-team collaboration and improve workflow efficiencies
- Help with documentation and internal communication
Client & Account Support
- Serve as a point of contact for select high-value clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction
- Help coordinate client deliverables, communications, and reporting
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring needs are translated into execution Track account needs and flag issues proactively
Product/Project Support
- Collaborate with product or tech team on feature updates, testing, and feedback
- Help organize user feedback, QA processes, and simple research
- Assist in creating product documentation or client-facing materials
- Support cross-functional projects and reporting

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or other relevant fields.
- 3 years of experience in business operations, client success, or customer success, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, tech, or startups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Proficient with MS Office. Familiarity with database and coding would be a plus.
- Interest in product, operations, or client experience within a dynamic environment
- Bonus: Prior exposure to AI, UX research, QA, or technical project management

- Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 , depending on experience
