    SCA Pacific Case Management has a challenging opportunity for an experienced business leader.

    In addition to management and oversight of daily business operations, this role is charged with improving key business functions throughout the organization, business development and strategic planning.

    Operational responsibilities include:

    Ø Finance

    Ø Information Technology

    Ø Human Resources

    Ø Administration

    Ø Facilities

    This position reports directly to the Principal Group

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required. Masters Degree preferred.

    · Five years of Operations Management experience. Healthcare, Insurance or Legal preferred.

    Desired Skills:

    · Excellent communication skills, coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the company.

    · Ability to provide business recommendations based on statistical data, thoroughly researched alternatives and known metrics.

    · An independent problem solver with sound analytical abilities capable of high quality judgments and decisions.

    · Advanced planning and organizational skills.

    · Innate Customer Service focus

    · Leadership skills to include the ability to motivate and inspire staff

    · Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
