Technical Source is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including HR support, onboarding, excel spreadsheet management, office management, general office duties, customer service and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid position, on-site every Monday/Wednesday Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, remote every Tuesday/Thursday.
Responsibilities:
\- Provide HR support including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding procedures.
\- Maintain and update excel spreadsheets, databases, and other documentation to track and analyze operational data.
\- Oversee office management tasks, ensuring a clean and organized work environment, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
\- Perform general office duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
\- Assist with quality assurance activities, including monitoring processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
\- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
\- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and office management.
