Education and Professional Qualifications • 4+ years’ experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of personnel • Strong client-service orientation and focus • Thorough attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to CFSAs • Experience across a variety of industries Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
