    Complete Description:

    This senior business analyst and process consultant position is in the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) will support the development a new technology platform for the agency as part of implementing a new comprehensive child welfare information system (CCWIS). As a business analyst and process consultant you will support the assessment of current systems and processes and then developing requirements, process flows, user stories, wireframes for the future platform. The business analyst and process consultant will also participate in testing efforts, and rollout activities.

    The candidate will need to be able to attend and participate in on-site meetings from 8:30am-5:30pm eastern time zone. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team of consultants to provide these services and will have the following skills/capabilities:

    Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements · Create functional requirement and design for customizations · Document existing process flows and develop future process flows · Develop wireframes · Develop user stories and acceptance criteria · Assist in developing test scenarios and cases · Participate and support rollout and training activities · Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements · Review developer proposed implementation and identify efficient designs · Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills

    Education and Professional Qualifications • 4+ years’ experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of personnel • Strong client-service orientation and focus • Thorough attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to CFSAs • Experience across a variety of industries Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
