The Business Product Management Specialist, within Global People Product is a critical role responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the product roadmap for Engage Me within People Products. The perfect candidate is curious, results-oriented, and adept at analyzing data. Knowledge of HR service delivery across one or more HR lifecycle phases (e.g., benefits and rewards, performance management).
2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving expertise.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex subject matter to leadership, peers and other levels in the company.
Well organized and able to manage work requirements to meet deadlines.
