If you enjoy lunches, pop-byes, marketing work, lots of calls to people who don't know who you are, opening doors not already open, and then showing them what we're all about this is the perfect role for you! Responsibilities: • Establishes the vision and strategy to create brand awareness in the Origination and Realtor community • Establish and maintain relationships with real estate regional owners, broker-owners, and high producing realtors • Provide leadership and direction consistent with the company's mission, vision, and values Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience in mortgage sales is preferred • Experience in creating sales and marketing strategies • Excellent customer service skills • Solid verbal, written, and organization skills • Ability to make formal presentations both internally and externally • Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate on and explore alternative solutions with management Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly
