    Job Role Overview

    • Client Type: Businesses with annual revenue up to $10MM, handling loans up to $1MM but open to deals outside this range.
    • Location: Primarily based out of Tulsa, covering deals throughout Oklahoma. Office options in Tulsa, but not a work-from-home role. Flexibility in scheduling is offered.
    • Branches: Role covers 5 branches, with 85% of loan volume being self-generated through business development.
    • Types of Loans: Emphasis on real estate (residential, investor, owner-occupied), also covering lines of credit and equipment financing.
    • Candidate Requirements: Passion for small businesses, impact-driven, strong in business development and sales.

    Team Structure & Leadership

    • Reporting To: FVP Oklahoma Area Sales Manager
    • Team Composition: 6 relationship managers

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: Based On Experience
    • Incentive Plan: Uncapped, lucrative quarterly incentive plan based on production, with clear and defined targets.
