Job Summary:
The Conservation and Environment Delivery Center (CEDC) is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage business requirements for the Commonwealth’s approval process. The role involves coordinating agency requests, ensuring smooth communication, and addressing a backlog of approvals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong administrative and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements in compliance with policies.
Submit necessary information for security, legal, and administrative approvals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal, business, and security teams.
Review and interpret contracts and business-related documents.
Communicate with vendors to clarify requirements and cloud documentation.
Research existing solutions to meet business needs.
Provide guidance on the business approval process.
Track, manage, and facilitate backlog requests.
Act as the primary point of contact for agency and delivery center staff.
Required Experience:
2+ years in project management, program management, or process administration.
3+ years in customer service roles.
1+ year in vendor management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
