    As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Business & Sales Development Representative, Benefit Services. The Business and Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving outreach campaigns, fostering and developing employee benefits broker and account manager relationships and managing proposal workflows to promote PrimePay's Benefits and Compliance Services (BCS) solutions. This role involves strategic communication, creative engagement and collaboration with internal teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities while enhancing broker and client experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and highly adaptable to changing schedules and priorities.

    What YOU will be doing:

    • Lead and execute targeted outreach campaigns for employee benefits agencies to promote PrimePay's BCS solutions
    • Conduct goodwill calls with existing brokers and partners to nurture relationships and uncover new service opportunities
    • Continuously update and enhance outreach sequences using tools like ZoomInfo to maximize lead generation
    • Manage follow-up activities on broker quotes, ensuring timely responses and accuracy
    • Utilize tools such as Airtable to track proposal submissions, collaborating closely with internal teams to process new proposals efficiently
    • Maintain high attention to detail when generating and reviewing quotes to ensure relevance and accuracy
    • Use creative approaches to engage brokers and clients, tailoring interactions to their unique needs and preferences
    • Keep internal stakeholders informed of meeting objectives and outcomes, particularly in collaboration with leadership
    • Partner with internal teams to develop a broker-focused newsletter, contributing content ideas and supporting outreach efforts
    • Assist in the early stages of developing a broker app, providing insights and recommendations
    • Coordinate with Salesforce and payroll teams to increase awareness among payroll clients about BCS services
    • Demonstrate adaptability in scheduling client and prospect meetings, accommodating no-shows and reschedules without impacting follow-up quality

    Success will come if you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development. Partnership/Channel sales experience preferred
    • Experience in Benefits and Compliance Services or related industries is highly desirable
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in quote preparation and follow-ups
    • Creativity in sales approaches and outreach strategies
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
    • Adaptability in handling dynamic schedules and changing priorities
    • Knowledge of Benefits and Compliance Services and related products (preferred)
    • Sales experience, with a proven ability to engage prospects and drive conversions (preferred)
