    Previous experience? For 13+ years Mike was instrumental in the growth of Farmers Insurance across the Northeast, including NJ, PA, NY, CT, and New England, and became the youngest promoted Farmers Director in the country at age 34.

    Passionate about? Mike is a dedicated “girl dad” to his three daughters. He’s also a devoted sports fan, cheering for the Jets, Mets, and Rutgers. Mike is a Rutgers Hall of Fame member, Big East Track Champion (2005), Fork Union Military Graduate (#1 HS for NFL players), and HS All-American in Track.     Key Responsibilities of a Financial Advisor:

    Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.

    Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement.

    Insurance Solutions: Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income.

    Ongoing Support: Monitor clients' financial plans and provide regular updates, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances.

    Qualifications:

    A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
