Job Description
NBCUniversal is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Studio Services team in Universal City, California! In this role, you will serve as a liaison between end users and IT, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into effective system functionalities. You will engage with end users to gather and document current business processes, assess how they utilize ERPs, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Your key responsibilities in this position include tracking changes, clarifying issues, and documenting detailed workflows and risks that the business may face. You will manage user acceptance testing for system changes and collaborate closely with IT and operations to implement necessary business process modifications. You must have strong experience with various data mining and analysis methods and tools, enabling you to provide valuable insights and support to our end users. Your ability to train users and keep them informed about system updates will be essential to fostering a seamless operational environment.
