    Job Description

    The Business Technical Analyst position is essential for managing the day-to-day activities and requests sent to the U.S. Global Mobile App team. The Business Technical Analyst will ensure the following for our GMA Platform:

    • App Functionality : Verify that the app is functioning as designed.
    • Process Adherence : Ensure that team processes are consistently followed.
    • Testing Oversight : Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues.
    • Platform Stability : Maintain the stability of the platform.
    • Enhance Engagement : on the Consumer Platform

    Role is responsible for leading defect reviews, updating Jira projects and tickets to appropriate teams, creating Jira dashboards __ and analyzing release metrics. Additionally, the role involves managing the creation and publishing of localized content to production, creating mobile app release presentations, and facilitating discussions with cross-functional partners on processes and technology to ensure effective communication and implementation.

    Responsibilities

    • Defect Review Leadership : Lead defect reviews to ensure thorough analysis and resolution.
    • Jira Management : Update Jira projects and tickets, directing them to the appropriate teams for action.
    • Dashboard Creation : Create and maintain Jira dashboards to visualize project progress and performance.
    • Release Metrics Analysis : Analyze release metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Content Management : Oversee the creation and publishing of localized content to production.
    • Presentation Development : Develop mobile app release presentations to communicate updates effectively.
    • Cross-Functional Facilitation : Facilitate discussions with cross-functional partners to enhance processes and technology, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience translating customer needs into product features.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • Certification or experience in Scrum, Agile, or SAFe frameworks is preferred.
    • Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-starter with a strong bias for action.
    • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects while providing status updates as needed.
    • Experience collaborating with a diverse set of internal partners to drive results.
    • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering impeccable digital experiences.
    • Familiarity with mobile/web apps and digital products is preferred.
