    Job Description

    As part of the Business Unit Controlling Team with colleagues in various locations and cultural backgrounds, you are a key element of the controlling standardization during the post-merger integration phase of the biggest acquisition Bosch Rexroth has undertaken. Challenges to overcome and learning opportunities are inherent to this position.

    You will work together with our facilities and their Finance Teams in 5 different countries (China, Italy, UK, Brazil & US) and also develop strong ties with the divisional headquarter in Lohr, Germany.

    The focus activities during your assignment will be the following:

    • Business Unit reporting controller: you will have the responsibility to support the BU Controlling Head of Department to provide and create the reports needed; coordinate data collecting from plants and Country units ensuring data quality standards. A proactive attitude in a constantly changing environment is one of your main strengths.
    • Act as a business partner –provide financial support to organizational decision makers
    • Contribute to the monthly reporting, quarterly closings, year-end closings, forecasting and business plan

    The position is based in Lincolnshire IL for the first year, high interest for international assignments and trainings is required. We are looking for high potential candidates who can develop into leaders in the future. The position will provide you with the excitement & wide areas of experience of the most important PMI DC has undertaken.

    • Education : Above average Master degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Economics or similar studies.
    • Personality and way of working: You have a high level of ambition and drive to pursue an international career within the Bosch group. You enjoy being a leader, have a global mindset and aspire to take on management responsibility in the future. You are both detailed oriented and analytical with an ability to see the big picture when required. You have excellent oral and written communication skills. You have a track record of taking the initiative, of personal accountability, and a problem-solving attitude.
    • Experience and Knowledge: Maximum 3 years of professional experience. At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel) and a first experience such as an internship in Finance or Controlling.
    • Languages: You are fluent in written and spoken English and master another European language (German or Italian preferred)

    Additional Information

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000- $95,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
