About the Role:

Tiny Tunes Daycare is seeking a dedicated Business Personal Assistant to support our vibrant team in the Bronx, NY. You will be working closely with the owner.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the daycare and afterschool.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.

Assist in maintaining communication with parents and staff.

Prepare reports and documents related to daycare activities.

Handle correspondence and manage office supplies effectively.

Support the planning and execution of program events and activities.

Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.

Utilize software tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Experience in a daycare or educational setting is a plus.

Must be reliable, trustworthy, and maintain confidentiality.

Associate degree in business preferred
