Job Summary:
WheelerShip is looking for a Business to Business (B2B) Support Representative to join our team! This person will be responsible for facilitating orders in our busy wholesale department, in addition to maintaining gold-standard account relationships, effective communication, efficient order taking, and sales strategies. The Business to Business (B2B) Support Representative will work as part of the Customer Experience team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach:Enthusiastically reach out to potential, new and existing customers coming in through our B2B database to close orders at maximum values, process payments, and ensure order fulfillment to our Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Field Inbound Customer Communications – Answering incoming sales calls and emails to facilitate sales, answer questions, and build strong relationships.
Pipeline Management:Maintain and update the database with accurate and timely information regarding sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing tactics to address the needs of customers
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to improve products, services, and customer experience.
Requirements:
Associate degree, or equivalent
Experience: Entry-level to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Computer literate with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented.
Knowledge of sales techniques and principles preferred
Automotive experience a plus
Shift is Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
