    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business to Business Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will represent ProSwag's extensive range of promotional products and services, helping clients create memorable brand experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their branding goals.

    Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of ProSwag's offerings.

    Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position ProSwag's products.

    Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

    Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

    Qualifications:

    • College degree preferred.
    • Minimum of two years' experience in B2B sales , preferably in the promotional products or related industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate product value effectively.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid driver's license.

    What We Offer:

    • $50,000 base salary plus 5% commission ($110-120K OTE).
