Bussers provided support for the hosts, servers, and bartenders to ensure a great experience for our loyal guests.
Duties include:
Open to close and close to open.
Make certain that tables are precisely cleared, sanitized, and correctly set between seated guests.
Rearranging tables, chairs, and table settings per hosts and guests requests.
Keep restaurant clean by ensuring floors, restrooms, patios, tables, and tabletops are cleaned and sanitized.
Though bussers do not take orders, menu knowledge is important to so guests questions can be answered.• Communicate to host staff and other bussers to efficiently prepare tables for guests.
Stocking ice and polishing glassware.
Requirements:
Must be 18 of age or over
Capacity to give fan winning customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
Good verbal communication skills
A smile loudly positive attitude.
Ability to work standing for a significant amount of time
An eye for details.
Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
